Windows hello is a one way trigger. Once you activate this it keeps forever, If you do as the vieo says after some days the pin is still there again. And the keyboard gets unresponsive

Yes it helped but when I restarted my device, It said, "this pc cannot be unlocked without a pin" and I had to set it up again, please help

So this used to work I guess, but now it does not. I have tried and windows wont even let you sign back in without creating one. So unforuantly this method no longer works.
