COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Blendon Township Police Department released bodycam video showing police officers fatally shooting Ta’Kiya Young in her car. The family of the young pregnant Black mother viewed the video and on Friday denounced the shooting as a “gross misuse of power and authority." The 21-year-old from Columbus was pronounced dead shortly after the Aug. 24 shooting outside a grocery store in the suburb of Blendon Township. Her unborn daughter did not survive. Young's family's lawyer has criticized the delay of the bodycam footage, which comes more than a week after her death. After viewing the footage, he says her death was avoidable and that the family is seeking a swift criminal indictment of the officers. FULL STORY: 🤍

* (Disclaimer: This video content is intended for educational and informational purposes only) * Fargo, North Dakota — On July 14, 2023, Fargo Police Officers were responding to a routine traffic accident on 25th Street South in Fargo on the afternoon when, 37-year-old Mohamed Barakat opened fire on officers and first responders with a .223 caliber rifle. Police Officers Andrew Dotas and Tyler Hawes were shot and critically injured. Officer Wallin ran toward Barakat’s vehicle, was able to unholster his weapon and fire one shot before he was hit by Barakat. Officer Wallin was fatally shot once by Barakat. Wallin’s training officer, Zach Robinson, engaged in gunfire with Barakat. Officer Robinson radios for help, reporting officers down, and continues to try to neutralize the shooter who has been struck and is on the ground, but continues to reach for the .223 caliber rifle and 9 mm handgun on his person. Bystander Karlee Koswick, who was involved in the initial crash on 25th Street South, was shot after the three officers were already down. She tried to run for cover when she was hit by Barakat. Officials say when Barakat’s attention turned toward her, Robinson had the opportunity to fatally shoot Barakat. Officer Robinson fired 31 rounds at Barakat and hit him 21 times. Officer Robinson told him to drop his gun 16 times, to which Barakat continued to wave a gun around. Officials believe Barakat was wearing some type of body armor during the exchange. Barakat was shot and killed around 2 minutes into the altercation. His vehicle was loaded with three long rifles, four handguns, more than 1,800 .223-caliber bullets, three canisters filled with gasoline, and two propane tanks filled with Tannerite, explosive materials used for target practice. Investigators said Barakat searched online for articles about mass casualty incidents and the Downtown Street Fair, suggesting to authorities he intended to open fire on thousands of people attending the event. Police visited Barakat's home and interviewed him at least twice in recent years due to concerns related to his guns, though authorities say he appeared to have acquired the weapons legally. Barakat was a Syrian national who came to the U.S. on an asylum request in 2012 and became a U.S. citizen in 2019. The injured officers, Andrew Dotas and Tyler Hawes, and bystander, Karlee Koswick, have since been released from the hospital and are still recovering from their injuries. Officer Robinson has undergone a mandatory psychological evaluation and came back to work in the office for a period of time. Robinson decided he was ready to go back in the field and is currently back on the streets with another officer. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Special thanks to Shout-Out Supporters on Patreon: - 'DIY Solar Power with Will Prowse' - Francesco Tortorelli - Ryan Hurley - Kerrie Golden - Charlie Collier - Koby Bland - Cash MacGregor - 'Zixuno' - 'InicRa' - Christopher Payne - 'Bad Drivers Of The NorCal Area' - Juan Villagomez - Zach Williams - Michael R Sheffield - Rich Biggs - 'Ham_Radio' - 'D. WARNING: The story contains details some may find disturbing. Viewer discretion is advised. Body camera footage of the Allen Premium Outlet mall mass shooting was released Wednesday after a grand jury no-billed the officer who shot and killed the shooter. The Texas Rangers and the Collin County District Attorney’s Office presented the evidence to the grand jury. The grand jury's no-bill means that after reviewing the evidence, they ruled the use of force was justified under Texas law. Eight people were killed and several others were injured when a gunman opened fire at the Allen Premium Outlets on Saturday, May 6. The body camera footage released Wednesday showed the tragic events from the officer's perspective. The video was edited to blur out the faces of civilians and victims, and some language has been removed, Allen police said. The video starts with the officer speaking to a mother and her two kids when more than 10 gunshots are heard off in the distance. The officer calls in the shots fired over the radio and another round of gunfire is heard. The officer grabs his weapon and tells shoppers to get down. FULL STORY: 🤍

Louisville police say the shooter had an advantage with his angle inside the building delaying officers from gaining access inside.
The Pepper Pike Police Department has released body camera video from last month which shows the arrest of 18-year-old Orange student Nolan Rosen, who is accused of bringing a gun and ammunition onto the high school campus. Rosen was charged with possessing a deadly weapon in a school safety zone and inducing panic after a bullet was found inside the school on May 2. In the bodycam video, Rosen can be seen admitting to having brought a bullet into the building, but told officers he never brought a gun into the school. "I'm not, like, a 'school shooter,'" Rosen stressed. Rosen was further questioned by school administrators and law enforcement. When asked if he had a gun in his car, he responded, "Yes." Court records indicate Rosen had a .22 caliber rifle and 24 rounds of ammunition inside his vehicle, which was in the school parking lot at the time. Three rounds of ammunition were brought inside the school, according to the documents. Rosen, a junior at Orange, appeared hesitant to believe police when told he'd be arrested. Police said no officers were immediately available but then a neighbor reported Macias was shooting a gun, leading police to upgrade the priority of the call and respond by 7:00 p.m. That man has been identified as 32-year-old Francisco Macias. According to the police, Macias was high on narcotics when he reportedly assaulted his mom and aunt inside a home in southwest Albuquerque, just moments before firing his gun outside. Once on scene Officers found an armed Macias with two friends in a front yard and ordered him to drop his gun. Macias went behind a vehicle and officers then saw him point the gun at his friend, leading them to shoot 37 times. No one was hit, allowing Macias and the two friends fleeing to the backyard before one of the friends wrestled the gun from Macias and threw it out of reach. Then, according to video, Macias picked the other friend off the ground and used him as a shield as police approached. Officers first shot Macias with a less-lethal sponge round and then used a Taser to detain him. Macias was shot in the foot and the projectile was removed from his foot after the shooting, but it’s still unclear if it came from his gun or police. Macias was arrested and booked into jail. Macias was later released from jail, and all charges against him have been dropped at the request of the victims. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Special thanks to Shout-Out Supporters on Patreon: - 'BoJassim' - 'Sopaul' - Ignacio Girdeux - Michael Mortimer - 'Mystery Mayhem' - 'Liberatorgamer' - Lisa Overly - 'T.L.S.' - Connor Davies - Paul Rohrbaugh - Nash Martin - 'Necko' - Gerardo Flores - Richard Vannieuwenhuyse - Rose Keyes - 'Popeyez' - 'DIY Solar Power with Will Prowse' - 'Roman1983' - Anthony Eufemio - 'Donkbot' - Gage Kissinger - Alex F - Eian Smith - 'HelloDarknessMyOldFriend' - 'coco Coco' - 'The Chocolate Thief' - 'Jacob from Wisconi' - 'gorey hole' - Joe ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Support us at BuyMeACoffee: 🤍 Support us on Patreon: 🤍 Follow us on Twitter: 🤍 🛍️ Check out our Amazon store: 🤍 🛍️ Disclosure: Please note that we will receive a small commission from purchases made through our Amazon store. * (Disclaimer: This video content is intended for educational and informational purposes only) * Phoenix, Arizona — On Monday, June 19, 2023, shortly after 11:30 a.m. Trooper Sean Harkins stopped the driver near 21st Avenue and Thomas Road. The body-cam video of Trooper Sean Harkins shows him walking up to a dark-colored Kia four-door sedan. That’s when the suspect, identified as 29-year-old Luis Mateo Jacobo Borja, leans out his window, says, “Gotta go bro,” and shoots Harkins in the leg. A startled Hawkins stumbles to the ground before retreating to the side of his own vehicle to report that he had been shot and that Borja had fled south on 21st Avenue. He grabs what appears to be a tourniquet from a recess on the driver's side door when another law enforcement officer arrives to render aid. The officer repeatedly tells Hawkins to "stay with me" as he helps him lie down with his back to the ground and reports on the radio that Hawkins had been struck in the left leg and requested immediate assistance. Harkins was taken to the hospital and later released that night. Police say Borja shot at police twice before he crashed into a wall near 36th Avenue and Thomas Road. One officer was hospitalized after being hit by shrapnel but was released Monday night. Borja was found shot to death in his car. Police did not disclose whether the wound was self-inflicted or caused by the officer who shot at him with a rifle. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Special thanks to Shout-Out Supporters on Patreon: - Marcus Hauland - Brant Eaton - 'General X' - 'jadeennff' - Armando Renteria - Scott Moody - James Pringle - 'AccuShoot.com' - 'Savage Training Group' - Brandi Summers - Meighan Garrick - Michele Duckson - 'BoJassim' - 'Sopaul' - 'Tavia S' - Michael Mortimer - Lisa Overly - Connor Davies - Paul Rohrbaugh - Nash Martin - 'Necko' - Gerardo Flores - Richard Vannieuwenhuyse - 'DIY Solar Power with Will Prowse' - 'Roman1983' - Anthony Eufemio - 'Donkbot' - Gage Kissinger - Alex F - Eian Smith - 'HelloDarknessMyOldFriend' - 'coco Coco' - 'The Chocolate Thief' - Joe ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Support us at BuyMeACoffee: 🤍 Support us on Patreon: 🤍 Follow us on Twitter: 🤍 🛍️ Check out our Amazon store: 🤍 🛍️ Disclosure: Please note that we will receive a small commission from purchases made through our Amazon store. Bodycam footage shows a 20-year-old exotic dancer attempting to seduce an Ohio police officer after repeatedly throwing tantrums while being arrested in April. The Brunswick Police Department said Grace Spoonamore allegedly crashed into another vehicle while driving intoxicated and assaulted an officer by spitting on him during the traffic stop. Spoonamore initially denied drinking, then admitted to consuming “two doubles” of tequila before later upping the number to “three doubles.” Officers referred to her as "drunk" numerous times throughout the incident. Spoonamore called the arresting officer a “handsome man” and later asked him to tase her because she “likes it kinky.” She was charged with OVI, speeding, obstruction of official business, and assaulting a police officer. #Bodycam #Ohio #LawAndCrime STAY UP-TO-DATE WITH THE LAW&CRIME NETWORK: Watch Law&Crime Network on YouTubeTV: 🤍 Where To Watch Law&Crime Network: 🤍 Sign Up For Law&Crime's Daily Newsletter: 🤍 Read Fascinating Articles From Law&Crime Network: 🤍 For Licensing Inquiries, Please Contact: licensing🤍lawandcrime.com LAW&CRIME NETWORK SOCIAL MEDIA: Instagram: 🤍 Twitter: 🤍 Facebook: 🤍 Twitch: 🤍 TikTok: 🤍 LAW&CRIME NETWORK PODCASTS: 🤍 SUBSCRIBE TO ALL OF LAW&CRIME NETWORK YOUTUBE CHANNELS: Main Channel: 🤍 Law&Crime Shorts: 🤍 Channel B: 🤍 Channel C: 🤍

Bodycam videos shared by police shows officers approaching Diaz's car, ordering him to turn off his music and put his hands on the steering wheel. Police said at the time he was suspected of illegal drug activity and pulled over. "Give me that. Officer Velez then told Diaz not to move. Another officer opened the driver’s side door. Diaz turned to the other side and opened the center console. “Put your hands on the steering wheel, put your hands on the steering wheel,” Velez said. Diaz appeared to again reach toward the console. Then, Velez shot. Just hours after the shooting, Police determined that Diaz had drugs on him, but he was not armed with a weapon. A separate angle from the officer on the passenger side shows a small item flying from the driver’s side window just before the shooting.
